| Abstract: | Identificada no presente milênio a crescente disputa em torno da regulamentação da educação domiciliar no Brasil, este artigo tem por objetivo tecer reflexões sobre as propostas da corrente neodireitista no atual contexto da política de educação nacional. Metodologicamente, utilizou-se dos recursos de estudos bibliográficos e análise documental, debruçando-se especificamente no Projeto de Lei 2.401/2019 de autoria do Poder Executivo do Governo Federal; e no Projeto de Lei 1268/2020 de autoria do Poder Executivo do Distrito Federal. Conclui-se que as propostas de regulamentação da educação domiciliar retomam desafios educacionais que pareciam superados, possuem caráter antidemocrático, colocam em xeque o sentido social da educação no país e aprofundam a lógica de uma educação privatista desigual. |
| Abstract: | Identified in this present millennium, is the growing dispute over the regulation of home education (or home schooling) in Brazil. This article aims to reflect on the proposals of the neo-rightist undertow in the current context of national education policy. Methodologically, the resources of bibliographic studies and document analysis were used, focusing specifically on Bill 2.401/2019 as authored by the Executive Branch of the Federal Government; and in Bill 1268/2020 as authored by the Executive Branch of the Federal District. It is concluded that the proposals for the regulation of home schooling returns educational challenges that seemed to have been overcome, have an anti-democratic character, that call into question the social meaning of education in the country and deepen the logic of an unequal private education. |
