| Abstract: | No artigo se propõe analisar as relações entre o Brasil e o Iraque, com ênfase no período de 1973 a 2007. Para tanto, são examinados os aspectos econômicos, políticos e estratégicos do relacionamento bilateral, passando pelos dois choques do petróleo, a Guerra do Golfo e, finalmente, a ocupação do Iraque em 2003. |
| Abstract: | This article aims to analyze the Brazil-Iraq relations, from 1973 to 2007. For this purpose, the economic, political and strategic aspects of the bilateral relations were examined, including the 1973 and the 1979 oil crisis, the Persian Gulf War and, finally, the US-led invasion of Iraq, in 2003. |
