Abstract: This paper is the continuation of a series of studies on Vochysiaceae of the Amazon region, which appears too in the Central Brazil. In this contribution we study the anatomy of the root, the stem, the wood, the petiole, the leaf-blade, the flower, the fruit, and the seed of Salvertia convallariodora, with the purpose of gathering further information on ecology and taxonomy of the specimens in the "cerrado" field (Savannachs) from Macapá to Pôrto Platon (Federal Territory of Amapá, Brazil) and in the Central of Brazil. Among the principal results the following are outstanding: cuticle in the root; subepidermisphellogeny in the root; the mucilaginous sacs (vavities) are of lysigenous origin in the primary structure and schizolysigenous in the secondary structure. Medular vascular bundles present in the petiole and the stem; spiraled cotyledons; palisade parenchyma 1-3 layers; foliar epidermis, 1-2 layers.
