| Abstract: | No artigo são examinados os fundamentos da inserção internacional do Brasil sob o primeiro governo da Presidente Dilma Rousseff (2011-2014). São analisadas as causas da perda de eficiência da estratégia de ação internacional adotada no governo de Luís Inácio Lula da Silva (2003-2010), a partir da elaboração de hipótese analítica relacionada com a ideia de declínio relativo. |
| Abstract: | In the article we examine the foundations of international insertion of Brazil in the first government of President Dilma Rousseff (2011-2014). The causes of the loss of efficiency of the international action taken in the government of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (2003-2010), is considered under the elaboration of the analytical hypothesis of relative decline. |
