Ordálio e delírio : de terceiro excluído a escolhido

Abstract

Freud trouxe importantes contribuições para a compreensão das psicoses ao mostrar, especificamente no delírio, o funcionamento de um narcisismo inflacionado, cuja função seria resguardar minimamente o sujeito. O delírio seria uma tentativa do eu de se preservar diante de uma realidade inassimilável. O ordálio, vivência de uma situação que coloca à prova a estrutura do sujeito, parece exercer aí um papel fundamental, enquanto fator desencadeador de sua quebra e da produção delirante. Este trabalho teve como objetivo fazer uma análise psicodinâmica de um caso de psicose esquizofrênica, por meio das contribuições psicanalíticas. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

Freud brought important contributions to the understanding of psychoses when he showed, specifically on delusion, the operation of an inflated narcissism, whose function would be minimally protect the individual. Delusion would be an attempt from the I to preserve itself in front of a non-assimilable reality. Ordeal, the experience of a situation that checks the individual’s structure, seems to exert a fundamental role, while it is a triggering factor of the individual’s breakdown and delirious productions. This paper aimed at analyzing psychodynamically a case of schizophrenic psychosis, throughout psychoanalytic contributions.
