A relação mãe-bebê e a adaptação a um berçário : suas influências mútuas

Abstract

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo investigar como a relação da mãe com seu bebê influencia o processo de adaptação do bebê em um berçário e também como esse momento exerce mudanças nessa relação, e se elas de fato ocorrem ou de qualquer modo fariam parte do relacionamento de ambos, na medida em que o tempo passa e naturalmente a separação ocorre. O estudo surgiu em decorrência da prática clínica enquanto psicóloga de um berçário e, a fim de embasar a prática, fez-se uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a relação mãe-bebê e o momento da separação da díade: o ingresso em um berçário. Para isso, utilizou-se a Teoria do Apego de Bowlby e colaboradores, e também se fez uma descrição da formação do vínculo entre a díade desde a gestação; com intuito de analisar como esse vínculo interfere na formação da constituição psíquica da criança e, entender, assim, suas reações ao momento de uma grande separação. Antes de falar em separação, foi necessário trilhar o caminho do apego e vínculo entre a mãe e seu bebê. O Estádio do Espelho ajudou a desenvolver a construção teórica do psiquismo do infante, uma vez que é por meio da relação com sua mãe que se dá a formação do psiquismo do indivíduo e, dessa forma, sustentou-se a base do trabalho, ou seja, muito da reação da separação de sua mãe é constituída por meio da leitura que ela tem deste momento. Buscou-se demonstrar como o psiquismo do bebê é estruturado por meio da relação com sua mãe, tendo como base as teorias elaboradas por Freud, Winnicott, dentre outros que referenciam o vínculo começando na gestação. Foi feita uma correspondência entre os sentimentos das mães com os dos bebês, nesse momento complexo para ambos e, assim, discutiu-se os efeitos da adaptação em uma instituição, como para cada criança é vivenciada de maneira diferente. Enfatizou-se ainda a importância da relação da cuidadora com o bebê, substituta da mãe naquele momento. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

This study aimed to investigate how the mother's relationship with her baby influences the process of adapting the baby in a nursery and also how this moment has changes in that relationship, and if they do occur or in any way would be part of the relationship both, as time passes and of course the separation occurs.
